OUR STORY
Experience working in the commercial print industry from 2020 and forward has served as a foundation for the antique letterpress printing services at CB Data Design LLC. Digital revolution aside, the rapid disappearance of traditional mediums like letterpress and offset printing means that finding resources, press masters, mechanical assistance, and parts can be very daunting. Keeping the letterpress alive has required our team to scour through northern Nevada and central California in search of ancient wisdom - the ancient wisdom of the retired press operators and mechanical technicians of a previous generation. The challenges have made our print operations a real adventure - figuring out solutions to problems that don't have an immediate Google remedy has required us to actively engage with the community and understand our changing global and local business ecosystems. - read full story
