Breaking down the region into ‘Districts’ and then into broader ‘Regions’ allows us to delineate naturally occurring communities that might otherwise not be properly defined by Census tracts or development planning. This District-level study allows for a proper community-level analysis to be performed, serving as a holistic connector between economic well-being and community health.
